Reliable, fast internet required

Hey there! We’re Evergreen Results, a digital marketing consultancy that helps D2C (e-commerce) outdoor recreation, health & wellness, and healthy food & beverage brands scale growth. We’re looking for our new, favorite team member (don’t tell the others).

We’re a 100% remote team, and we’ve been that way since before it was cool. We also promote a 4-day work week. We only point that out because it’s indicative of our culture. All of our team members are adults (surprise!), and we treat them that way. We trust each other. We care about results, not hours or time at the office. So, let’s talk about this position…

This position boils down to these key priorities:
  • 1
Develop, build, and manage excellent digital advertising campaigns
  • 2
Deliver excellent results (after all, “Results” is in our name)
  • Position Overview

You are an accomplished digital media buyer, perhaps a full-stack digital marketer, an analytical thinker, an adept problem solver, an insatiably curious learner, and a creative visionary. You strategize, plan, build, measure, and manage advertising campaigns that impress your clients so much, they invite you to Christmas dinner.

You’ve likely been successful at a growing mid-tier agency or supporting an e-commerce brand from the inside, but you’re ready for a change, an advancement, or a more reasonable pace of work. Nonetheless, you acquired some incredible skills, experiences, and were exposed to lots of different types of businesses, campaigns, and brands… all for which you are grateful.

Now, you want to use your experience to help build a team that truly cares about their clients because what their clients do matters. You want to feel purpose in your work, make a valuable contribution to your team and your clients, and make the world a better place by helping your clients expand their impact.

You are able to help define your clients’ goals, strategize multi-channel, digital campaigns, break your strategy down into actionable plans to reach the specific goals, and achieve the key metrics you and your client define.

You have a thorough understanding of:

    • Meta Ads
    • TikTok Ads
    • Google Ads
    • Microsoft Ads
    • Youtube Ads
    • Creative strategy (from an advertising perspective)
    • Copywriting for conversion
    • Landing page best practices
    • Data analytics and reporting

    You have significant experience with:

    • D2C marketing (e-commerce)
    • Digital advertising

Finally, you have many stories (case studies) of successful campaigns that achieved client goals, mostly sales, but possibly also lead generation, downloads, or something else.

If you're the kind of person who subscribes to a few marketing-specific newsletters, follows marketing content creators on social, watches YouTube videos about the state of e-commerce or advertising trends, downloads and reads various 2024 "marketing reports" (i.e. you live/love this stuff), and is ready to guide active lifestyle brands towards transformative marketing outcomes and make significant impact, we invite you to join us.

      Our Guiding Principles

We care a lot… About making a difference, about helping you make a difference, about producing results that will scale and sustain your impact for years to come.

We are dedicated to speaking the truth while respecting the other person’s professionalism. We call things out without personal agenda, motive or ill-will. It is dedication to getting a project done by always addressing issues, situations and difficulties in order to expedite what is being accomplished or completed. Discomfort is sometimes part of the process, as we acknowledge that the larger agenda is of the utmost importance.

We are not independent workers who only have our part to accomplish. We are soccer players who work together to advance the ball. No one can do a job solely by themselves. We need organizational, philosophical and emotional support to get a total project done. This mindset requires, demands and expects us to lock arms together to lift large projects and situations. We also know that it takes humility before others to truly accomplish amazing things.

We do our very best in everything we do, and at the end of the day, we hold ourselves accountable for results, which are the true measure of success. We spend our time on what is required first and what generates the prioritized return. We will do whatever it takes—long hours, focused dedication, sacrifice, and commitment to the project in order to get the priority jobs done. Then we will seek new opportunities and serve others as tenaciously as possible.

We believe that the other person is doing their best all the time. If a mistake happens, it is not due to lack of effort or because they “dropped the ball,” but rather because of a changing landscape. This is how we view people and situations—extending grace with humility to believe in a co-worker, client, or organization.

      Our Mission

We help purpose-driven outdoor recreation, health & wellness, and food & beverage scale growth. We are passionate about partnering with companies who are committed to growing because they are committed to making a difference.
