Hey there! We’re Evergreen Results, a digital marketing consultancy that helps D2C (e-commerce) outdoor recreation, health & wellness, and healthy food & beverage brands scale growth. We’re looking for our new, favorite team member (don’t tell the others).

We’re a 100% remote team, and we’ve been that way since before it was cool. We also promote a 4-day work week. We only point that out because it’s indicative of our culture. All of our team members are adults (surprise!), and we treat them that way. We trust each other. We care about results, not hours or time at the office. So, let’s talk about this position…

  • Position Overview

    You are an accomplished digital media buyer, perhaps a full-stack digital marketer, an analytical thinker, an adept problem solver, an insatiably curious learner, and a creative visionary. You strategize, plan, build, measure, and manage advertising campaigns that impress your clients so much, they invite you to Christmas dinner.

    You’ve likely been successful at a growing mid-tier agency or supporting an e-commerce brand from the inside, but you’re ready for a change, an advancement, or a more reasonable pace of work. Nonetheless, you acquired some incredible skills, experiences, and were exposed to lots of different types of businesses, campaigns, and brands… all for which you are grateful.

    Now, you want to use your experience to help build a team that truly cares about their clients because what their clients do matters. You want to feel purpose in your work, make a valuable contribution to your team and your clients, and make the world a better place by helping your clients expand their impact.

    You are able to help define your clients’ goals, strategize multi-channel, digital campaigns, break your strategy down into actionable plans to reach the specific goals, and achieve the key metrics you and your client define.

    You have a thorough understanding of:

    • Meta Ads
    • TikTok Ads
    • Google Ads
    • Microsoft Ads
    • Youtube Ads
    • Creative strategy (from an advertising perspective)
    • Copywriting for conversion
    • Landing page best practices
    • Data analytics and reporting

    You have significant experience with:

    • D2C marketing (e-commerce)
    • Digital advertising

    Finally, you have many stories (case studies) of successful campaigns that achieved client goals, mostly sales, but possibly also lead generation, downloads, or something else.

  • Job Responsibilities

    Digital Marketing

    • Design, execute, and manage client accounts’ digital advertising campaigns
    • Develop, consult, forecast, and monitor campaign budgets
    • Prepare accurate reports on campaign performance
    • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry. Be proactive.
    • Work with our team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end client/customer experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints
    • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

    Relationship-Building

    • Serve as the point of contact for all assigned client accounts (advertising-specific)
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships (make sure they like you - be fun)

    Communication

    • Establish campaign timelines with clients
    • Clearly communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
    • Use TripleWhale or Whatagraph for campaign reporting with clients
    • Obtain approvals and sign-off for any new recommendations on existing accounts
    • Above all, monitor the health of the client relationship and keep them informed

    Project Management

    • Develop campaigns based on client goals and objectives and execute tactics successfully
    • Break down strategies into milestones and individual actionable steps that lead to successful launches and attainment of stated goals
    • Develop creative briefs and communicate strategic objectives to internal and external team members to ensure projects are completed in alignment with strategy

    Client Retention & Growth

    • Meet or exceed key objectives and campaign goals set for all accounts
    • Seek opportunities to increase revenue by listening for and identifying opportunities as well as securing approval of scope for additional work
    • Have a realistic, and consistent pulse on agency/client relationships and continually identify risks/opportunities
