With over three decades of leadership experience, he has devoted his life to developing stronger leaders and organizations. His expertise revolves around leadership, communication, board training, and strategic planning. He frequently writes for a variety of national publications and speaks at conferences on a variety of engaging topics.

He has co-authored Blind Spots: What you don’t know CAN hurt you and The Ambassador’s Journey: A Parable about Nonprofit Board Leadership. Brian holds a master’s degree in Global Leadership as well as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
