Mark Heasman recently started his 6th role as CEO when he was appointed as Group Chief Executive at the Community Interest Company “ Provide”. Employing over 1000 healthcares care workers in Essex in the UK and providing services to the community of over 1.4 million people through a network of a dozen businesses across the group. His experience in leadership is like stumbling upon a treasure chest full of nuggets of wisdom. He even talks about his experience serving Prince Charles (THE Prince Charles) and his family’s experience on a reality tv show in the UK.

Mark has recently started his 6th role as CEO when he was appointed as Group Chief Executive at the Community Interest Company “ Provide". An experienced Board member at multi national level, Chief Executive, Non Executive and leader with a high profile career in various international blue chip organisations, family companies and charities as CEO at Ormiston, Rock UK, Osborne construction, RG Carter construction and Executive director at The Prince’s Trust, The Duke of Edinburgh Award, Railtrack, American Express and the Royal Mail.

A consistent and proven achiever of results in senior management including the delivery of major projects in Railtrack, in Operations as a Director within Royal Mail, in Sales & Marketing as a Director in American Express and in HR, Finance and Procurement at senior levels in other organisations. Extensive media exposure, high level union negotiations, comprehensive knowledge of public and private funding programmes and leadership of major change programmes provide a unique grounding.
